User Agreement for Photo Purge

Welcome to Photo Purge! We're thrilled to have you on board. Before you dive in, please take a moment to read through our user agreement. By using Photo Purge, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

• Pricing and Billing: Our subscription offers ad-free access and unlimited feature usage. All charges are billed to your Apple ID account.
• Free Trial: Enjoy a 3 days free trial. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

3. Managing Your Subscription

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID account settings. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Changes: Any changes to your subscription, including price changes, will be communicated to you in advance. You will have the option to accept these changes or cancel your subscription.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified by Apple’s refund policy. If you experience issues, please contact Apple Support.

5. User Data and Privacy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6. Updates to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via the app or website. Continued use of the app after such changes indicates your acceptance.
